Warranty. MWI Veterinary Supply Co. d/b/a VetOne (“VetOne”) provides this non-transferable, limited warranty and return policy (this “Warranty”) solely to original customers who buy VetOne products directly from a VetOne authorized reseller within that reseller’s authorized channel (collectively, “Authorized Sellers”). For purposes of clarity, VetOne authorizes veterinarians and veterinary clinics, practices and hospitals to sell VetOne products in and through their practices or on their own website so veterinarians are Authorized Sellers in those channels. However, veterinarians are not authorized to resell VetOne products to or through any retailer or third party ecommerce site and are not Authorized Sellers in the retail or ecommerce channel unless VetOne specifically authorizes such veterinarian to sell VetOne products to such retailer or third party ecommerce site in a written agreement signed by VetOne. The original purchaser of VetOne products may return any defective VetOne products purchased by such purchaser directly from an Authorized Seller within 30 days of the original purchase.

General. Returns should be processed through the Authroized Seller that sold you the VetOne product at issue. Returns will be exchanged or credited for the original purchase price. Sole Warranty and Limitations. This Warranty is the only warranty made by VetOne to end users covering VetOne’s products and VetOne is not obligated under any warranty different from this Warranty. This Warranty is limited exclusively to defective original VetOne product and is subject to inspection and analysis by VetOne to conclusively identify or confirm the nature and cause of the defect. This Warranty is extended only to the original customer who purchases VetOne products directly from an Authorized Seller and does not extend to subsequent owners or users of VetOne products or any customer who purchases VetOne product from an unauthorized reseller, retailer, dealer or website or through an unauthorized sales channel.

Limitation of Liability. VETONE’S OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND VETONE’S SOLE OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEFECTIVE VETONE PRODUCT. VETONE’S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANTY, VETONE DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL STATUTORY, EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, VETONE LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT VETONE’S OPTION, THE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OF SUCH PRODUCTS.
