Scott Harper is an experienced executive with a global perspective, developed during the first half of his career in Asia working at a large financial institution.

After returning to the U.S. Scott co-founded, operated and sold a successful single-specialty pediatric ambulatory surgery center. Scott has been involved in the veterinary industry since 2012, when he joined ALLYDVM as CEO. ALLYDVM is a software service firm that aspires to be the DVM's ultimate ally. The firm has won awards and recognition from its earliest days, including the Harvard Business School MVP competition and "preferred provider" designations from pharmaceutical manufacturers, veterinary distributors and other leading organizations like Veterinary Study Groups. ALLYDVM was acquired by MWI Animal Health in October 2018.

Scott's educational background has focused on accounting and general management. He completed his MBA studies at the Harvard Business School in 2009 where he remains a member of Clayton Christensen's Forum for Growth and Innovation.
