Jim Niple currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for MWI Animal Health. Prior to that he was responsible for developing MWI’s retail strategy, and served as the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Niple joined MWI in 2006 as a Livestock specialist, coming from VetPharm (now part of Patterson Veterinary).

Prior to 2004, Mr. Niple was a Business Unit Manager for MilkSource in Wisconsin. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Animal Science.
