A new look for MWI and its brands: The next step in our brand evolution as a part of Cencora

Dear valued customer,

On August 30, 2023, we let you know that our parent company, AmerisourceBergen, changed its name to Cencora.

As of that date, all businesses formerly part of AmerisourceBergen became businesses of Cencora, including the animal health portfolio of companies: MWI Animal Health, Micro Technologies, AllyDVM, and Securos Surgical.

Since then, Cencora has been working with its fifty-nine brands across the globe to adopt this new name and, in 2025, we are excited to announce that Cencora’s animal health brands will be changing their visual branding as part of this multi-year initiative.

Changes you can expect to see starting in January 2025

MWI Animal Health

• January 2025: Brand will be updated in the US
• Spring 2025: Brand will be updated in the UK and Nordics
• Logo change:

Micro Technologies and AllyDVM

• To simplify customer and manufacturer experiences with our brands, both AllyDVM and Micro Technologies will become product lines of MWI Animal Health.
• January 2025: AllyDVM branding will begin transitioning.
• Spring 2025: Micro Technologies branding will begin transitioning.
• As part of these brands becoming products of MWI, our team members’ email addresses will change. These changes will be communicated to you in advance, as timing is yet to be determined.

Securos Surgical

• The Securos brand remains largely unchanged, with an adjustment to remove the reference to AmerisourceBergen in its logo. These changes have already begun.
• There will be no changes to those team members' email addresses.
  
  

This is an exciting chapter in our journey as we strengthen the connection between our businesses and our parent company, Cencora.

We are truly excited to introduce these changes throughout the year.

Importantly, these are visual identity changes only, with no operational impacts to customers or supply chain partners and require no action on your part.
